Phrase

Phrase Description Example
Regarding=
In regard to=
Regarding the meeting schedule, please see the attached file.
2. I got an inquiry from a customer regarding this issue.
In Terms Of 接下來的「in terms of」,不只是在商業場合、在日常生活中可能也常常聽到。 1. In terms of location, the hotel was great but the service was not satisfactory.
2.We are not doing very well in terms of making a profit.

「In terms of」後面也是接名詞子句。

1. As for me, I like Spanish food more than Italian.
2. As for the new project, we will discuss it later.

「As for」如同例句1中,很常用「As for me」像這樣訴說關於自己的事情。

例句2是「as for」用在商業場合等的例子,但這邊就可以用「regarding」或是「with regard to」了。

  • Regarding VS. In terms of VS. As for 資料來源: 「Regarding」「In Terms Of」的差別是!?
    • Regarding(in regard to, with regard to): 不適合用「In terms of」或是「as for」的情況下,用這個幾乎就是對的了。
(例:as for me, as for him, as for my mother等) 很常用來代替「Regarding」使用,一定要放在句首。
